Rodrigo Alves wanted to attempt to get the perfect face and body. He had over ten nose jobs, silicone chest implants, calf shaping, laser liposuction, eight-pack abdominal implants, eyeball plastic surgery, and even a butt lift. He underwent so much plastic surgery that doctors believed that his body couldn’t handle further operations. Alves said he was “100% satisfied with his appearance,” but he was told by doctors that he should have treatment for his body’s dysphoria disorder.
