Mindy Kaling is one of the funniest women we have known in the entertainment industry. Some of you probably knew her from The Mindy Project. In 2015, she attended the Cannes Film Festival wearing a gown designed by Salvador Perez. The gown has a thigh-high split and skirt train. The color of the top was pretty much good enough to be paired to the color of the skirt. The gown has 3,000 crystals that you can barely notice.
