Tanya was enraged by the fence that Emily had put out on their “shared” space. Emily exchanged a glance with her husband. This was obviously going to be a problem with this noisy neighbor. However, not long after that, a new character entered the scene.

Billy was Tanya’s boyfriend at the time. He began throwing his beer cans and cigarette butts over the fence and into Emily’s yard right away. He said he was doing this because they were “disrespecting his woman.” Which, as we all know, wasn’t exactly the case.
