Michael Ironside As Jean Rasczak
Michael Ironside plays Jean Rasczak in the film. We’ve already talked about this soldier a little bit. He is a brilliant philosophy professor with an amputated right arm. When the bugs attack the Earth, he jumps into command mode right away. He is a capable soldier and one of the film’s bravest characters. When he falls into the sand hole, he eventually requests Rico to give him a quick death. Rico agrees to fulfill his last wish, despite his dissatisfaction.
