It’s hard to believe Joe Wexler used to be 800 lbs. tall. He weighed more than he did in the previous two seasons in the third season. With diet, exercise, and mental fortitude, he could lose 500 pounds. If you ask us, this is an incredible accomplishment. He is now married to the love of his life and is doing well. He revealed that he had a relationship with Sarah in the follow-up series. The couple married in 2016. The couple now has a new addition to their family. It’s a perfect conclusion to a fantastic story.

On the show, Zsalynn Whitworth admitted that she had several emotional issues that she was dealing with. After her divorce from her husband, she was left feeling isolated and depressed. For a time, she allowed the tragedy to ruin her entire existence. Her journey began with skin-removal surgery after realising she had to change her ways. After that, things began to look up. As a result of her active lifestyle and willingness to put herself out there, she has grown in self-assurance.
