Giraffes indeed look rather bizarre. But did you know that, upon birth, the baby drops as high as six feet and lands on its head? However, there is no need to worry. It does not hurt! In fact, it is said to be the most important part of the process as this helps them take the first gasp of air. In an hour, the baby will learn how to walk. It might have something to do with how tapirs only give birth to a single baby in their entire life. They have a unique pattern on the body that works as camo in the rainforest.
