Part of the reason Celine has been invited again and again for a performance at the Oscars are her numerous hit singles from movie soundtracks. She performed at the prestigious awards show more times than any other artist has. Her 6th performance, which set the record, was a rendition of “Smile” dedicated in honor of the celebrities who passed away that year.
