It looks adorable when your dog’s tongue hangs on the side of their mouth. They’re trying to tell you that they’re happy/ Often, they will do this just before taking a walk outside. Breeds with flat noses such as boxers and bulldogs however have a “hanging tongue syndrome” and do this too often.

Digging Holes
Digging holes is an instinctual behavior that’s just simply in their DNA. They don’t necessarily want to make a mess in your yard. They need some place where they can leave their valuables such as bones and toys. But watch out since they could also bury a dead animal.
