Walnuts Stuffed With Cement
Markets in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou were found to be selling walnuts that had been injected with cement. The merchants were detected emptying the nuts, selling them for a premium price, and then filling the shells with cement that had been wrapped in tissue paper before being discovered. The “nuts” were also sold, generating another further profit for the firms.

Honey
Chinese honey, at least the nice type, isn’t particularly well-known. For example, in Jinan Province, there are two sorts of honey, with 70 percent of the honey being counterfeit. There are two sorts of false honey: adulterated honey and fake honey, both of which are illegal. The first is created using honey, sugar, beetroot, and rice syrup, while the second is made with agave nectar. However, it is formed of alum and water, and it looks like honey on the surface but is not.
