Late at night, Heather would wake up to strange sounds in other parts of the house. She would hear the doors screeching and the floor creaking. On top of that, she would hear someone marching in the kitchen. This was already disturbing enough, but the worst part was finding those scratches on Lily’s face. What was going on in their house at night?

She wondered if it had been Joshua, so she brought it up with him. Heather asked him if he had been getting up at night and would go into their daughter’s room.
