Some of these folks also believed that 13 years old was simply far too young to start dying one’s hair. They felt like Halloween should be the only exception to the rule. Despite this, wash-out hairspray and wigs should be the ways to go. Others thought it was not a big deal since it was just temporary anyway. However, they were all in agreement that the unwanted haircut should never have happened at all.
