Mikaela Shiffrin
Mikaela Shiffrin is an astounding athlete and is only 23-years-old. Shiffrin is known as the youngest person to win a gold in the slalom run at the the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, she was only 18. Shiffrin followed up by winning both a gold and a silver at the 2018 Pyeongchang games! She is a skiing icon and is now a face for the sport worldwide- this is a well-deserved accomplishment. Amanda Nunes
As one of the UFC’s most dominant fighters, Amada Nunes is undefeated since September 2014. She has a seven-match streak which includes her well-known domination of Rousey in 2016. She was honored by Equality California in 2016 as she shone light on LGBTQ rights. Nunes announced her engagement to UFC fighter Nina Ansaroff in 2018.
