The cops told Ricky that Jolene’s doctor had found an unlawful medical chip within her body. This chip might control the necessary drugs. However, it wasn’t yet legal. It seems to have been added to Jolene’s prescriptions, which were written under Ricky’s name. Now, everything made sense. Ricky knew that Jolene was still in the hospital and that this was not the end of the world.
