Katy Perry’s Halloween costumes, in case you hadn’t noticed, stray from sexy and try for uniqueness. In 2016, the pop star dressed up like Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee at the time. Perry went all out for this one, even using prosthetics to look frighteningly similar to the former first lady. Clinton reacted positively to photographs of Perry’s costumes, telling Extra, “Oh my — look at that! This is shocking — oh, my gosh. This is great! She could be me when we finish the campaign.” During the 2016 presidential election, Perry was a vocal backer of Clinton.

Cher (1988)
Singer Cher has been recognized for wearing some of the most extravagant dresses on the red carpet and elsewhere over the years, even when it wasn’t Halloween. Cher, on the other hand, turned up to the party dressed as Cleopatra for Halloween in 1988, and we must say, she did a fantastic job with her costume. Cher most likely dazzled everyone at that year’s Halloween celebration with her exquisite clothing and even more spectacular hairdo. Of course, they weren’t surprised when she turned up in the evening’s most eye-catching costume.
