Fergie decided to dress up like a competitor from Toddlers & Tiaras when she went to Heidi Klum’s Halloween Party in 2011. Fergie even enlisted the help of costume designer Marco Marco, who stated, “It’s completely encrusted in Swarovski crystal, as are the shoes. The pink Teddy bear doubles as her purse. And the crown was customized to match the dress.” Fergie looks lovely, despite the fact that she’s supposed to be disguised as a child (which, admittedly, is a little strange). However, since it’s Halloween, everyone is free to dress up as strangely as they like!

Katy Perry dressed up as a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto at Kate Hudson’s Halloween bash in Los Angeles in 2014. Perry definitely didn’t have to worry about someone else showing up at the same concert because he’s probably the only one who would conceive of such a thing (especially since most female celebs at the party opted for a sexy costume). Perry is decked up in full Cheeto garb, with a crimson Cheeto costume underneath. She completed her look with a Hot Cheeto purse and red lips. Katy Perry has made it clear that she prefers the snack, so it’s only fitting that she dressed up as one.
