It Was A Risky Job
The two tied the know in 1996. Nadya Suleman just got her license to be a psychiatric technician at Mt. San Antonio College. She also just began working at Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk, California. It was a satisfying job to work at a psychiatric facility, but that doesn’t mean it was easy or even safe. Aside from being a mother, one of her life goals was to have a decent career. But something happened at work that completely changed her life.
No One Expected This To Happen
The tragedy happened on September 18, 1999. Nadya went to just like any other regular day, but she had no idea that a terrifying incident awaited her. Twenty patients sparked a riot, and she immediately attempted to intervene. Unfortunately, while the commotion was ongoing, someone tossed a desk into the air. Unfortunately, it hit Nadya that caused her a herniated disc injury. She, later on, got a $170,000 compensation from the company that helped her with financing her medical procedures. During this time, being a mother was the last on her list.
