A fully furnished house is better since one can move in right away. However, this house came with a minor disadvantage. While the preserved pieces and interiors came from the ‘40s, the truth was that they were not going to be included in the price of the house. The new owner needs to replace them!

We can see why she wanted to keep the furniture. Her daughter was set to inherit the lovely pieces. We are sure she will look after it since she did grow up with it. Joyce likes this arrangement, we are sure. She just wanted to get the money for a retirement home, not completely let go of all her precious things.
