There has been a video of a group of Brazilian pranksters recently circulating online. They were attempting to quickly punish a driver who had driven illegally in a handicap spot, and it had gone viral. The entire car was covered in blue and white post-it notes! The prank was effective in more than one way. It brings attention to how long the car has been unattended for, and the white notes funnily produce the handicap sign. The driver was infuriated and stormed off, but the video went viral nonetheless. However, this is only the beginning of how funny retaliations to illegal parking can be.
