The aspiring country artist did not know that she would be able to surpass them and would soon have the title of being the best selling female country musician in history. Reba won an essay contest and got the title of Miss Ford Country when the country artist was sixteen, and her prize was that Reba could drive a new Ford for six months. According to Reba McEntire, she managed to hit 18,000 miles on the road before returning the vehicle.
