Taking Action
Karen felt determined to find out what exactly was going on after that conversation. She set meetings with the principal and teacher to get to the bottom of things. The teacher said that her son was inattentive in class. On top of that, the principal did not do anything about the situation! Karen felt frustrated, particularly when they expressed that they also felt worried about the boy.

They said that her son was unable to pay attention in school, so she decided to have him psychologically evaluated. The results only revealed that her son did not have any problems despite what the principal and teacher claimed.
