Lamb

We’re sure you’ve heard the stories about how Chinese people eat strange things. Maybe you’ve even heard that they’ll serve you something other than what you ordered. This is said to be true for lamb. You should go to a different store to get this meat! In 2013, cops apprehended 900 Chinese residents who were attempting to sell rats as a lamb. The foreigners were found to be in possession of 20,000 pounds of spoiled fake meat! Isn’t that revolting?

Oil

We must point out that not all of the oil is contaminated. However, we continue to be concerned about the lack of food safety laws that allow certain manufacturers to produce tainted products. Oil sees a lot of this. A large Chinese food company used to take used oil from restaurants, filter it, repackage it, and sell it as new. If you’re thinking about getting oil from China, keep in mind that you might be getting “cleaned” recycled oil rather than brand new. To be honest, we’re not interested in knowing where the oil was before that!
