Fair Labor Standards Act
In Idaho, an act was enacted – the Fair Labor Standards Act, aka the FLSA. This gives mothers the right to breastfeed anywhere. In addition, the act offers workplace protection for breastfeeding workers. However, there are no state-level breastfeeding laws just yet.

The British Equality Act
In 2010, the British Equality Act was enacted. It legislates against discrimination towards breastfeeding mothers. This includes declining to provide service, providing service on different terms, and providing low-quality services.
