He is an entrepreneur and works at WWE as the Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative. He laid a foundation named Connor’s Cure together with his wife to battle Medulloblastoma and uphold a child that died from it.

He took the life of his own two days after this. What happened shocked a lot of people. Fans seem to think that he suffered brain damage after injury problems in the ring.
