If Twin Peaks had a face, it would be Lara Flynn Boyle, who played Donna Howard, Laura’s close friend who became obsessed with investigating the crime, in both seasons of the show’s limited existence. However, she did not repeat her position in the film sequel, and she has already denied a role in a new TV series slated to launch in 2017.
