Whoopi Goldberg has never been considered a sex idol, and that is probably a fair assessment. More than her physical attractiveness, she is well-known for her amazing acting abilities and her upbeat demeanor. She has been nominated for 13 Emmys and has won at least one Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony award in addition to numerous other honors. In 1985, she gained great acclaim for her role in The Color Purple, a film about an oppressed black woman in the Deep South that was released in theaters. However, it was her role in the Ghost film series in the 1990s that established her place in the public eye. A slew of hit films and television shows, including Sister Act, Hollywood Squares, and The View, featured her on the silver screen.

Whoopi has unquestionably gained a few pounds since her Ghost appearances. Many of them have been attributed in the media to her enjoyment of a good joint, which has been linked with contributing to her bouts of the munchies on occasion. Furthermore, it is completely typical for the majority of us to gain weight over time. Despite the fact that Whoopi still performs on occasion, she has decided to devote the most of her time to LGBT advocacy. To achieve equality and fairness in their lives, her “Give a Damn” movement seeks to inspire homosexual, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender individuals to join forces with heterosexual people in order to do so.
