Zoe Saldana
Saldana has trained with Steve Moyer since 2009 and her aim has always been to be strong and lean. The trainer has made regimes to suit Saldana and her differing schedules when necessary.
A full-body workout often begins with training legs, followed by core targeting exercises and then cardio. Moyer says he specifically splits the workouts if he knows he will be seeing her consecutively but if not he aims to target core and cardio.

The supermodel likes to keep her workouts varied and attends different classes as well as performs different exercises in doing so. The model also says that she enjoys hiking outdoors with friends.
However, when in the gym she wouldn’t work out for more than an hour and a half. She keeps it fun and interesting.
