Venus revealed to Vogue that she follows a strict workout regimen besides for her tennis training. The tennis superstar follows a whole body workout with a multitude of exercises that keep her fit.
The exercises included are squats, side-lying clams, a few sets of medicine ball crunches, a plank with different additions such as leg kicks. She then ends off with sit-ups and exercise ball push-ups.

Bar Rafaeli is almost a mom of three and has managed to bounce back each time. The model attends personal training sessions and loves the use of bodyweight training. She often utilizes TRX, BOSU balls, and the occasional Pilates session.
