For both of them, when they put down the tools, they hoped that the property would be completely renovated. But, in addition, they want to transform it into three individual apartments. They plan to sell two of them, use their profits to repay their debts, and live in the spare unit after that.

A Happy Accident
Perspective is critical, as you can see here. When they learned that they had paid for the wrong home, it would have been easy to lose hope right away. It was a big mistake to make, we can all say.
