They found a copy of Action Comics No.1 in the wall while renovating a Minnesota house! They got $175k for the 1938 Superman comic book. It was wrapped in newspapers and served as insulation. This comic did not have its back cover, which is why it was rated 1.5 out of 10. In 2011, a near-mint copy graded at 9.0 was sold for $2.16 million.

Magician’s Box
This mover noticed a 6-foot-long wooden box with 3 small boxes that fit inside of it. The boxes came with openings on the opposite sides and metal railings that made sounds like a train track. He was confused until he learned that the owner of this house was a magician!
