Peter arrived just a few minutes after the ranger, but the ranger did not greet Peter nor did he introduce himself to Peter. He simply locked eyes with Peter and told him to get moving before turning his back on him. Peter was under a good deal of pressure from the ranger, and he didn’t have the courage to argue with him about it.
