Afraid Of Heights
While working on this project, she posted this photo to her Instagram with the caption, “Because I’m not a fan of heights, I’ve kept my feet firmly planted to the ground oiling all our scaffolding bits while Cal and Yuji built the towers.” It was safer for there to be no floorboards than having weak ones that could cave under someone’s feet. When talking about the mansion’s exterior and scaffolding, there was an additional challenge for Claire – she needed to get past her fear of heights.

Conquering A Fear
Claire wanted to conquer her fear of heights, and she did! She helped Cal and their friends when they were putting up scaffolding all around the house. It’s awe-inspiring that she was able to overcome her fear of being of help. But, of course, she prioritized safety above all, which is why she was sure to put on a safety harness before getting to work. The couple nearly finished installing the scaffolding, so Cal decided it was time for a tea break.
